We understand that visiting a new salon or meeting a new stylist can feel a little daunting, which is why we’ve created the below pre-visit welcome guide to help you feel prepared and comfortable before your appointment. You’ll find important information below including our location, parking, salon facilities and what to expect at your visit.
We have curated an optional digital consultation form to stream line communication and so that we can guide you on what services you may require.
*For grey blending or extensions, we recommend booking an in salon consultation so that we can adequately assess your hair.
Please note expected waiting times for transformations is 2-4 weeks with Casey/Sharni & 2-3 months with Amanda.

Pre-visit Welcome Guide
Refreshments
During your visit, you can enjoy a selection of complimentary cocktails, wines, champagne, coffee, black tea, herbal tea's & soft drinks. We have skim, full cream, soy, lactose free, oat or almond milk to choose from.
Light snacks are also provided; pop corn, pretzels, biscuits & chocolates.
*Alcohol is limited to one drink per guest

Facilities
Wifi is available in salon for your convenience.
We have a large table available if you need to work or don't want to sit in front of a mirror.
Bathroom facilities are downstairs, behind the salon.
The salon is wheel chair accessible, however their is a small step in the entry.
The bathroom is not wheel chair accessible unfortunately.
Eftpos facilities available, cash and Afterpay is also accepted.

Allergies
Please advise our team if you have ANY allergies or sensitivities. This also includes food allergies as botanical and fruit extracts are often ingredients in products. Please advise our team if you have ever had a reaction to hair colour prior to your appointment.

We are located just off the highway in Nerang with ample free parking directly across the steet.

On Arrival
Walk on in and make yourself at home. One of our friendly team will seat you and offer you refreshments. We run n time so you won't be kept waiting. Your stylist will commence with a thorough consultation and give you an accurate quote before any services commence.

What's Included?
Our packages have been curated to include the necessary services such as a toner, blow dry and styling so there are no surprises at check out. You can elevate your experience by adding on a luxe treatment or a trim from our upgrade menu.

Preparing For Your Appointment
Please bring inspiration photos that you love, even a rough idea helps! Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily tuck under the cape to protect from hair colour. Please do not wear turtle necks as a cape will not protect them. You do not need to come in with perfectly styled hair, as long as it is clean enough for us to work with.

Deposits & Cancellations
Upon booking your appointment you will be required to pay a 30% deposit to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your final payment in salon. Deposit's are transferrable to future appointments or refundable if 48hrs or more notice is given prior to your appointment time. Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48hrs of your appointment.

Guest Experience
Each guest deserves to experience a relaxing an peaceful visit in the salon.
Additional guests, including children are not recommended during your appointment due to limited space and consideration of other guests. Please be advised sharp objects, hot tools & chemicals are within reach of children in the salon.
To ensure you can receive the services you have scheduled, please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals flow onto our next guests appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your services may be reduced or rescheduled but you will be still be charged for the time that was allocated to your appointment.
Appointments book out up to four weeks in advance. To ensure you can visit on your desired date and time, rebooking future appointments is highly recommended.
